Service Description

The online consultation service is a one-on-one session between the client and the consultant, conducted via a video conferencing platform.

Booking and Payment

Clients must book their consultation session through the official website or designated booking system. All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Fees

All fees paid for the consultation are non-refundable. This includes instances of cancellation or rescheduling initiated by the client.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to an additional fee.

Confidentiality

All information shared during the consultation is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's explicit consent, except as required by law.

Consultant Availability

While we strive to ensure the consultant's availability as per the schedule, there may be instances where a session needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will be notified as soon as possible.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves professionally during the consultation. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

Technical Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical equipment and a stable internet connection for the consultation. Any issues arising from technical problems on the client’s end will not be the responsibility of the consultant.

Limitation of Liability

The consultant will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the consultation service. The client's use of the service is at their own risk.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the consultant operates.
